Non-Discrimination in Referrals: Referrals to jobs shall be on a non-discriminatory basis and shall not be based on, or in any way affected by, race, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or lawful union-related activity.
Participation Rules:
1. Individuals can earn $35.00 for each enrolled student {when potential student enrolls and makes their 1st payment you will receive pay}
2. Payment will be rendered every 45 days. Starting form the date that your referral is approved for the program.
3. A company based bonus incentive of $100, will be added to your monthly check if 5 or more clients are secured with the company for that month by the recruiter. {ongoing bonus per every 5 secured students within the same month}
4. Payment will come either through a direct PayPal account or company check.
5. FREE program material and our basic 101 training of the company will be provided.
6. You are not an employee or contractor of HOT.
7. Approved signatures from a director or company owner are the only valid signatures; originals required in blue ink
8. To receive any earnings and participate in the referral program you must be 18years or older.
9. Once you reach $500 dollars or more for referrals you will be required to Fill-Out A W-9 before any payment of $500 or more is rendered or as Federal Law Requires.
