About the Founder


Shana Sheats is a professional in the field of Education with emphasis in Special Education, having acquired over 12 years+ of experience working with students/adults ranging in ages of 2-22 years. As a veteran lead teacher matriculating throughout the years to then hold the position of an Educational Therapist, Shana began working very closely with students identified as having Autism Spectrum Disorder and Moderate Intellectual Disabilities learning successful strategies and gaining a better understanding of this populations needs. Overall, her dealings with students have varied in backgrounds, abilities, cognitive levels and severities of deficits & disabilities. Her expertise has been effectively developed in reading instruction, behavior management, skill trainings, writing development and communication skills. Shana has been in the field of education with continued pursuits of higher education and hands-on experience in the Georgia public & private school systems. Currently, she holds bachelors in Speech Communications and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership/Interrelated Special Education. She has been featured in Who’s Who, currently in training for Wilson certification, LSCI certified, GA. Certified, was selected as a 2006 & 2009 Dwight Eisenhower award recipient, piloted a respite program in Clayton County School Systems that was adopted by the county, the developer and Editor-In-Chief for the school newspaper at South Metro Psychoeducational Center, as well, she wrote and secured a grant through the Dept. of Education for her literacy tutorial services. She is the owner and operating director of HireOrder Thinking Inc., (HOT) literacy tutorial and youth training program “creating leaders one word at a time.” We are a state-approved Supplemental Educational Services provider under the “No Child Left Behind” Act. We have partnerships with Fayette County Schools, Clayton County Schools, and Coweta County School systems; and students from the private sector, youth homes and church groups also benefit from the variety of services we offer. Shana is passionate about literacy, youth development and making a noticeable impact in educating our youth of today.
